Where do I start? Many resources are available online by searching for Parkinson’s-related exercises and viewing via YouTube. Duluth hosts activities such as dance, drumming, swimming, and Tai Chi through Duluth Community Education and Hermantown/Proctor Community Education. Information and opportunities are shared at the monthly Parkinson’s Support Group Meeting at the YMCA-Essentia Hermantown Wellness Center on the 3rd Monday of each Month. The Young Onset Parkinson’s (YOPD) group also meets monthly. Times and topics are listed here.
