The Parkinson.org Foundation and AARP joined together to create 12 Care to Talk cards . These cards are a way for family caregivers, who care for someone with Parkinson’s disease (PD), to spark or initiate conversations

A Parkinson medical card may be sized to fit into a wallet or purse and may be shown discreetly if assistance is needed in a public place, or there is difficulty communicating without a caregiveer.The card explains that you have Parkinson’s and the main symptoms you may be experiencing.
